Building Materials (Nutrition)

One must consume all the nutrients needed to make a new cell to be healthy. You get the nutrition from food choices to provide proper raw materials (nutrition) to make new cells.

 

Most nutritionists have overlooked the importance of Bio-photons in food.  These energy particles are woefully lacking in our food supply.  Almost everybody lacks today are the bio-photons that can be found in freshly-picked, green plants.

 

By consuming large amounts of bio-photons, we can significantly upgade our health.  The bio-electric enrgy of our cells is dependent on how many bio-photons our body is able to absorb from plants and fruits.  Vegetables picked off the shelf at store usually emit few bio-photons because of loss during transportation and storage.  Chemical or heat treatment used to ripen or preserve vegetables further reduces the amount of bio-photons available.  It is for this reason that fruits and vegetables must be eaten raw if possible, within short time after being picked off from farms
